Shipping policy

This Shipping Policy applies to eligible orders placed through The Holy Smoke Shop website, operated by T&T Investment 2 LLC.
Order Processing
Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Processing time is separate from the carrier’s estimated transit time.
Orders may require additional processing time during holidays, promotions, product launches, severe weather, or periods of high order volume.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Available shipping methods, estimated delivery times, and shipping charges are displayed during checkout. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.
We are not responsible for carrier delays caused by weather, service interruptions, incorrect addresses, holidays, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship only to eligible addresses within the United States. Certain states, cities, ZIP codes, P.O. boxes, military addresses, and other locations may be excluded based on carrier limitations or applicable laws.
We do not ship internationally at this time.
Age-Restricted Products
You must be at least 21 years old to purchase age-restricted products.
Age and identity verification may be required before an order is approved or delivered. An adult signature and valid, unexpired, government-issued photo identification may also be required upon delivery.
Certain tobacco, nicotine, vapor, or other regulated products cannot be shipped to some locations. Products that are unavailable for shipping will be restricted or removed during checkout.
We reserve the right to cancel any order that cannot be legally shipped or when age, identity, payment, or address information cannot be verified.
Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
Please contact us immediately at theholysmokeshop@gmail.com if an address needs to be corrected. Address changes are not guaranteed after an order has been processed or shipped.
Additional shipping charges may apply if an order is returned because of an incorrect address, refused delivery, failed age verification, or an unavailable recipient.
Order Tracking
When tracking information is available, it will be sent to the email address provided during checkout. Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to update after a shipping label is created.
Lost, Delayed or Missing Packages
If tracking has not updated for an extended period or your package appears to be lost, contact us at contact@myholysmokeshop.com with your name and order number.
If tracking shows that a package was delivered but you cannot locate it, check the delivery area, household members, neighbors, and the shipping carrier before contacting us. We will make reasonable efforts to assist with a carrier investigation, but replacement or reimbursement will depend on the circumstances and the carrier’s findings.
Damaged Packages or Incorrect Items
Inspect your order promptly after delivery. If an item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours at contact@myholysmokeshop.com.
Include your order number and clear photographs of the product, packaging, shipping label, and damage. Keep all packaging until the claim has been reviewed.
Returned or Refused Shipments
Orders returned because of an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, refusal, failed age verification, or failure to collect the package may be subject to additional shipping charges.
Original shipping charges are nonrefundable unless the return resulted from an error by The Holy Smoke Shop.
Order Changes and Cancellations
We will try to accommodate cancellation requests submitted before an order is processed, but cancellation is not guaranteed. Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled and will be handled according to our Return and Refund Policy.
