This website is owned and operated by T&T Investment 2 LLC, doing business as The Holy Smoke Shop. Throughout this website, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to The Holy Smoke Shop.

Shipping and delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, incorrect addresses, service disruptions, holidays, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Additional charges may apply when an order is returned because of an incorrect address, refused shipment, failed age verification, or unavailable recipient.

Age-restricted shipments may require an adult signature and valid government-issued photo identification upon delivery. These shipments will not be intentionally left unattended when an adult signature is required.

8. Returns and Refunds

Returns, exchanges, refunds, damaged items, incorrect products, and order problems are governed by our Refund Policy.

Certain products may be final sale or ineligible for return because of health, hygiene, safety, regulatory, or tampering concerns. This may include opened or used products, tobacco, nicotine products, consumable products, e-liquids, clearance items, and gift cards, except where otherwise required by law.

Product names, logos, trademarks, and materials belonging to third-party manufacturers remain the property of their respective owners.

If you submit reviews, photographs, suggestions, comments, ideas, or other content, you represent that you have the right to submit that material and that it does not violate any law or third-party right.

Purchases made from The Holy Smoke Shop are transactions directly between you and T&T Investment 2 LLC. Shopify is the platform provider and is not the seller of our products.

Because Shopify hosts the online store, Shopify and other service providers may process personal information to provide checkout, payment, security, analytics, fulfillment, and related services.

By using the Services, you acknowledge that you have reviewed our Privacy Policy.

The Services may occasionally contain typographical errors, inaccurate descriptions, incorrect prices, outdated promotions, inventory errors, or other omissions.

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless T&T Investment 2 LLC, The Holy Smoke Shop, and their owners, officers, employees, contractors, agents, affiliates, and service providers from third-party claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and reasonable legal expenses arising from:

Your violation of another person’s rights.

Termination does not eliminate payment obligations or other responsibilities arising before termination. Provisions that are intended by their nature to survive termination will remain effective.

If any provision of these Terms is found unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the fullest extent permitted by law or severed if necessary. The remaining provisions will continue in effect.

21. No Waiver

Our failure to enforce a provision of these Terms does not waive our right to enforce it later.

Subject to applicable law, legal proceedings arising from these Terms or the Services must be brought in a state or federal court located in Maricopa County, Arizona. Each party consents to the jurisdiction and venue of those courts.
